The Overview tab is where you go learn about what respondents have been saying across the interviews. To understand how your interview is performing, we have some helpful metrics for each interview which cover:

• Started interviews → this is the total number of interviews that have been started by respondents
• Completed interviews → this is how many interviews were actually completed by respondents
• Completion rate → this is the number of completed interviews over the total responses
• Average completion time → this is how long it takes on average for a respondent to complete an interview

You’ll see that there’s a Share this report button below the metrics. Clicking on this button will open a separate URL which can be shared internally or externally. This is a helpful way to highlight the main findings from the interviews with stakeholders.

The first time that you go to share a report, you’ll see a modal below which gives more information about the report. It’s important to note that the share link you copy will be public. That means that anyone who has the link will be able to access the report. Also, all reports are live which means that they dynamically update as new responses come in.

You’ll be asked to confirm and open the report or dismiss the modal. You can always click on ‘Don’t show again’ if you’d prefer not to see this modal again.

The rest of the Overview tab is where we show the aggregated results from the interviews themselves. This is a great way to learn about the interview results without having to go through individual submissions.

This page is split into the following sections:

• Summary → this sets out what the AI has learnt across the interviews
• Outcomes → these highlight the main takeaways based on the Outcomes set
• Opportunities → these are the actionable opportunities that you might want to consider working on based on the responses
